Senior Corporate Brand Manager


The Senior Corporate Brand Manager will work closely with the colleagues in the Marketing Team to lead definition & implementation of ofi’s brand marketing strategy to inspire our range of stakeholders around our corporate value proposition and purpose.

The main goal for our brand marketing activities is to continue to drive greater awareness for the ofi corporate brand and its over-arching value proposition to strengthen the reputation of the company.

In this role you are responsible for all aspects of corporate brand management, from the basics of protecting and developing our visual identity, all the way through to conceiving and delivering our external facing corporate brand campaigns. This role manages one FTE and can count on the support of one other team member.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Manage ofi’s brand ecosystem to make sure ofi has one face to the market that is consistent throughout all brand touchpoints.
  • Plan, manage and execute multi-channel campaigns for external stakeholders to promote our corporate brand and ensure the right focus in relation to our brand value proposition.
  • Work with internal comms to adapt brand campaigns for internal audiences.
  • Be a strategic brand and business partner for product platform, channel to market and local teams, supporting them in developing initiatives and (annual) plans that translate the ofi brand strategy into activation.
  • Developing and managing the ofi brand marketing assets suite, following the new positioning of ofi we will develop a full suite of corporate marketing collaterals (eg fact sheet / PPT decks / annual reporting / Sustainability reports.)
  • Manage/work with the internal content holders and/or external agencies to develop brand collateral.
  • Managing and overseeing a variety of ofi brand marketing projects, from managing new branded initiatives to scouting & developing best practice formats for customer engagement tools (newsletters, webinars, virtual customer engagement etc.).
  • Development of gold standard brand governance practices:
    •  Overseeing the current and new ofi brands portfolio & managing the trademarks and working with the legal team on requirements and issues.
    • Overseeing the development of central brand repositories such as the brand center, the marketing sharepoint, value proposition proof points library, business cases and corporate slides and decks
    • Overseeing further development of brand attributes such as TOV, brand personality, visual architecture, and brand collateral guidelines.
    • Further developing a network of brand ambassadors to keep brand momentum and inspiration across the globe.

The candidate
Applicants will be passionate about executing all things brand marketing and positioning. A hands-on specialist in their craft, this role is about getting things organized and collaborating with colleagues to get things done, with a focus on further developing the brand to its full potential.

In this role, the development of new, creative initiatives and formats is encouraged. You understand the principles of the brand communications and are adept in translating value propositions into bite-size campaigns and marketing assets. You have experience in global roles and understand how to target and reach audiences throughout owned and paid channels in different geographies. Experience in (further) developing positioning strategies for recognition in the market is a plus, as well as a well-developed sense for collaboration and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to skillfully navigate across the breadth and depth of our company, establishing effective working relationships with colleagues both across marketing, sales, innovation and sustainability and the wider organization. Requirements are:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of corporate brand management.
  • The role holder should be able to support simple as well as complex projects to the required deliverables, cost, quality and timeline.
  • The ability to hit the ground running, based on experience and seniority.
  • Proven track record in operating across multiple teams and markets.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse & remote teams, demonstrating management and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, articulating thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken communication – English is mandatory.
