This is one of the reasons that ofi Netherlands has been certified as TOP Employer for 2021. During an extensive audit all HR related topics that are part of the employment journey were assessed. Topics that were part of this assessment are for example our terms of employment, career and personal development, HR processes, working conditions and our culture. We can now proudly say we exceed the very critical HR standards set by the TOP Employer Institute.
